Not sure what happened to Ultrapod I, but this is an Ultrapod II, so it is what it is. The Ultrapod II is a lightweight folding tabletop tripod that can also be wrapped up against a pole or a tree or... something like that. Easy to carry, quick to set up. In excellent condition.
